📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding and management of gaming studios with varied game portfolios, concentrating on the Turkish gaming market.

• Discover promising games and studios within the market while fostering robust relationships.

• Direct the complete game development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring the production of innovative and captivating mobile games.

• Perform competitive analysis of the mobile gaming sector, including user behaviors and key metrics, to guide the product roadmap.

• Ensure product development aligns with Lion Studios’ strategic goals and competitive stance.

• Collaborate across teams with engineers, designers, and marketers to transform game concepts and features into complete products as an end-to-end product owner.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in product or project management, business development, or a comparable role in the mobile gaming sector (experience managing gaming studios is advantageous).

• Demonstrated experience in the ideation and development of new mobile games or applications, from initial concept to production.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

• Experience in mobile game development with a proven history of successful planning, execution, and launches.

• Solid understanding of current trends in mobile gaming.

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with and comprehending both technical topics and emerging technologies, as well as their market relevance.

• Proficient in conveying insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Previous experience in a startup environment.
