Student Support Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide first-level support through CHAT and VIDEO for undergraduate students.

• Address inquiries from students using WhatsApp and webchat concerning basic academic and financial information.

• Create tickets or cases for requests that involve greater complexity and require additional time to resolve.

• Stay informed about new procedures and processes relevant to your area of responsibility.

• Aim for excellence in the services delivered, assessing and proposing enhancements to student support services to mitigate or eliminate sources of dissatisfaction.

• Execute other related tasks of similar complexity as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

• Collaborate effectively with quality targets evaluated through individual and team metrics.

• Potential work in a multichannel environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Office shortcuts and everyday device usage.

• Customer-oriented and proactive service attitude.

• Openness to working with performance targets.

• Reliable internet connection and a designated workspace suitable for remote work.

• Professional demeanor and readiness to enable the camera during virtual meetings.
