This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create an annual personal growth plan and uphold spiritual disciplines

• Engage in church and Young Life community activities focused on spirituality

• Guide teams and individuals in their spiritual growth

• Hold regular meetings with volunteer leaders and area leadership

• Recruit, train, and develop new leaders to establish a leadership team

• Exemplify excellence in contact work, club activities, Campaigners, and camping

• Secure financial support and nurture relationships with donors

• Provide ministry updates to donor partners

• Assist in camp fundraising efforts and participate in designated committee and adult functions

• Engage in contact work, Young Life club, Campaigners/discipleship ministry, and camping strategies

• Potentially serve on summer or assigned staff at a Young Life property

• Adhere to Young Life policies and maintain a professional demeanor

• Establish and review annual ministry and personal goals

• Support office administration tasks and complete expense reports

• Attend mandatory regional and area training sessions

• Receive personalized training in spiritual growth, character development, and ministry skills

• Currently enrolled in a college degree program

• Proven ability to build relationships with both children and adults

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Capacity to maintain confidentiality

• Must profess faith in Jesus Christ as personal Savior and Lord

• Must adhere to Young Life's Statement of Faith and necessary staff policies

• Willingness and capability to perform required ministry functions

• Must avoid behavior and statements that undermine Young Life's biblical standards

• Must comply with Young Life policies and practices
