Structural BIM Manager – Data Centers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the BIM team to ensure the accuracy of Revit and CAD files.

• Serve as the site-level contact for the review, approval, management, and maintenance of BIM content.

• Coordinate the delivery of handover content for data center projects.

• Utilize professional tools and processes to guarantee precision and adherence to compliance standards.

• Provide support for document and project closeout.

• Manage content for construction and operational purposes.

• Act as the site representative for the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).

• Collaborate closely with clients and project teams.

• Supervise daily document maintenance activities.

• Perform QA/QC checks.

• Ensure adherence to client standards while achieving project deadlines and objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to effectively contribute to and collaborate within a team environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant software tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Demonstrable experience in BIM management, document control, and project coordination within the construction or engineering industries.

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality work and fostering continuous improvement.
