Strategy & Operations Manager, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic direction and go-to-market strategy for Funnel’s AI offerings.

• Monitor and assess financial metrics for resource distribution, investment prospects, and cost efficiency.

• Take ownership of the financial performance of Funnel’s AI segment P&L.

• Create pricing and packaging strategies in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.

• Conduct market analysis on trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

• Partner with Enterprise and Mid-Market clients to comprehend their AI strategies.

• Assess off-the-shelf solutions against proprietary AI offerings.

• Facilitate collaboration between product/engineering, revenue, and customer experience teams regarding AI products and strategy.

• Participate in selected sales opportunities to boost segment attachment and annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth.

• Oversee product marketing efforts and launch new AI products into the market.

• Collaborate with executive leadership, department heads, and external partners to ensure product strategies align with organizational objectives.

• Travel requirement is less than 5%.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking/private equity, and/or in a top-tier technology firm in strategy, business operations, or growth.

• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional projects, meeting objectives, and thriving in a collaborative environment.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.

• A dedicated approach to tackling complex challenges and establishing scalable processes.

• Adaptability to a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment.

• JD or MBA is preferred.

• Experience in the real estate sector is preferred.

• Background in a SaaS company is preferred.

• Familiarity with and enthusiasm for artificial intelligence is preferred.
