Strategy & Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute tactical measures to enhance study fulfillment.

• Determine the priority for deploying these measures based on project requirements, urgency, anticipated impact, and participant network health.

• Experiment with and implement newly developed processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Adhere to established procedures while exercising judgment to identify when something is ambiguous, inefficient, or not functioning as intended.

• Collaborate with Strategy & Operations, GTM, and Operations teams to refine and scale our operational methods.

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree.

• Strong project management and organizational abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a proven history of dependable execution.

• Good operational judgment with the capability to make decisions within established processes.

• Proficient in handling data and utilizing spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-driven and adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Over 1 year of experience in operations, strategy & operations, consulting, customer operations, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in a high-growth technology or startup setting is preferred.

• Experience collaborating with GTM, customer-facing, or Operations teams is preferred.

• Familiarity with utilizing operational data to inform decisions is preferred.

• Experience in enhancing or implementing new workflows and processes is preferred.
