Strategy & Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and refine go-to-market playbooks that encompass messaging, positioning, and launch procedures

• Discover new product possibilities, sectors, and markets

• Conduct competitive assessments and market research

• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams on expansion and growth strategies

• Prepare materials, metrics, and narratives for quarterly board meetings in coordination with the CEO

• Address ad hoc requests and reports from investors

• Assist in fundraising efforts and investor communications

• Create business cases for new initiatives, partnerships, or investments

• Work alongside Leadership on company priorities, strategic initiatives, and planning cycles

• Identify operational inefficiencies and promote process enhancements

• Establish and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and KPI frameworks

• Aid in financial forecasting and modeling concerning headcount, revenue, and expenditures

• Assist with billing reconciliation and accounts payable operations

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in strategy & operations or business operations, preferably within a high-growth tech or startup setting

• Background from top consulting firms, investment banking, or a solid business school education

• Proficiency in creating models and independently analyzing data

• Proven experience in managing initiatives from inception to completion, covering strategy and execution

• Outstanding curiosity and determination

• Comfort with operating in uncertain environments

• Excellent communication and writing skills

• Proactive mindset with a focus on action and accountability

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar

• Capability to work remotely within the United States
