This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge on how commission and revenue data is processed from various suppliers and assist in redesigning data ingestion workflows.

• Allocate and verify commission data; investigate, reconcile, and address discrepancies according to their financial significance and urgency.

• Act as the primary contact for advisors and stakeholders regarding commission inquiries.

• Execute and enhance the processes for commission allocation and validation.

• Identify both operational and strategic opportunities throughout the organization.

• Analyze data, processes, and stakeholder feedback to uncover root causes.

• Develop business cases, assess ROI, and suggest viable solutions.

• Explore AI tools and emerging technologies to boost efficiency and decision-making.

• Lead projects from initial discovery to full implementation.

• Collaborate with development teams to convert business needs into scalable solutions.

• Create dashboards and analyses to aid in decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, engineering, operations, or finance.

• A quantitative degree is preferred.

• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

• Proficiency in Excel is required.

• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Python, or similar tools is advantageous and can be acquired.

• A demonstrated curiosity about AI and a passion for utilizing AI tools to enhance business results.

• High levels of ownership, initiative, and accountability are necessary.

• Ability to excel in uncertain environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
