This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Map comprehensive operational workflows to pinpoint bottlenecks, capacity limitations, and error-prone manual procedures.

• Design, test, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and AI-assisted automated workflows.

• Own essential operational processes, set metrics, monitor efficiency improvements, and enhance capacity and lead times.

• Assess internal software tools, vendor agreements, and pain points related to tool usage.

• Lead vendor Request for Proposals (RFPs), assess build-versus-buy scenarios, conduct pricing analyses, negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and establish contract terms.

• Integrate Operations with Product and Engineering to operationalize features and guide the product roadmap.

• Perform quantitative analyses and compose executive memos to assist senior leadership decisions.

• Address emerging urgent projects and strategic initiatives from concept to execution.

• Collaborate with leaders across Physician Recruiting & Onboarding, Clinical & Provider Services, Product & Engineering, and Commercial.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in high-caliber business settings, including top-tier management consulting firms, investment banking, or Strategy & Operations/BizOps at a rapidly growing tech startup.

• Proven interest or practical experience in process or operational redesign, particularly with AI tools.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple work streams across various functions.

• Proactive and self-driven problem solver comfortable with taking on responsibility and navigating ambiguity.

• Strong quantitative and verbal skills, with a keen attention to detail and a low tolerance for errors.

• Excellent communication abilities, including the capacity to explain processes, reasoning, and decisions clearly.

• Willingness to support diverse business needs.

• Experience in healthcare is preferred, though not mandatory.
