Strategic Sourcing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement sourcing strategies for facility and construction services across designated accounts.

• Establish and uphold procurement standards throughout the portfolio.

• Ensure that sourcing aligns with client requirements, criteria, and contractual commitments.

• Collaborate with account functions to enhance supplier and sourcing strategies.

• Assist in annual sourcing planning, program execution, and performance tracking.

• Manage and maintain supplier contract files and associated documentation.

• Ensure adherence to sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.

• Perform market and spend analysis to facilitate cost reductions and supplier enhancements.

• Conduct supplier performance review meetings and oversee scorecards, contract compliance, and service commitments.

• Foster transparency regarding supplier expenditures and key supplier risks; lead the reporting of results and opportunities.

• Collaborate with operations teams on standardized RFP/bid and contract processes.

• Manage expectations of both internal and external customers.

• Build relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to review and approve contractual terms and modifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing.

• 3-5 years of experience in people management and/or account management.

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Procurement.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
