Analista de Compras

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Assist in the administrative management of suppliers

• Manage purchase orders

• Monitor invoicing

• Conduct expense allocation and validation

• Execute other tasks related to the purchasing department

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical degree in finance, accounting, administration, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting and finance roles performing relevant tasks

• Experience in budget management

• Experience in managing purchase orders

• Experience in supplier management with a high level of invoicing

• Intermediate Excel skills

• User-level knowledge of Oracle ERP for managing purchase orders and suppliers

• Intermediate English proficiency is desirable
