Sourcing Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of the operational and financial functions within administrative and operational units.

• Oversee and execute data analysis for designated spend categories and/or business processes.

• Identify potential opportunities for contract cost savings.

• Work in conjunction with strategic sourcing teams.

• Evaluate cost efficiency, quality, risk, and compliance with utilization standards.

• Analyze organizational cost savings and generate comprehensive reports.

• Assist in multi-entity contract analysis, which includes rebate, compliance analysis, and contract negotiations.

• Provide support to management regarding contract management and compliance issues.

• Serve as the main point of contact for analysis of products and services.

• Work remotely Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must be residents of Ohio or Florida.

• A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, transportation and logistics, business, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of three years of experience in forecasting, inventory management, contract management, analytical project management, or related supply chain roles.

• A high school diploma or GED combined with seven years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment may be accepted as a substitute for the required experience.

• An associate’s degree along with five years of experience may also serve as a substitute for the required experience.

• A master’s degree with two years of relevant experience can replace the required experience.

• Proficiency in spreadsheet analysis and data extraction is necessary.

• Capability to maintain a stationary position for extended periods.

• Ability to operate a computer and various office equipment.

• Strong communication skills to accurately exchange information.

• Willingness to travel within the hospital system and, in certain instances, off-site.

• Compliance with Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

• Must adhere to annual influenza vaccination requirements or secure an approved exemption.

• Subject to controlled-substance testing following a job offer.
