Strategic Services Sourcing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Oversee relationships with Service Providers and Contractors within the local country on behalf of clients.

• Ensure adherence to legal standards and alignment with regional sourcing strategies.

• Assess supplier performance and spearhead the selection and negotiation processes to enhance service levels and profitability.

• Cultivate and sustain customer relationships with a focus on a customer-first approach.

• Assist in the formulation and execution of sourcing strategies and supplier programs.

• Manage supplier documentation, contracts, and data throughout the territory.

• Collaborate with Service Sales, Program Managers, and local scheduling teams to ensure accurate supplier information is maintained.

• Direct negotiations and foster business relationships with external Service Supplier firms.

• Develop effective and profitable agreements, transforming broad concepts into a structured Strategic Services Supplier Management Program.

• Contribute to the design of solutions for local and multi-partner projects that deliver complex customer solutions.

• Familiarity with service provider business models; experience in a laboratory setting is a plus.

• Strong business acumen and analytical abilities to drive results and achieve objectives.

• Expertise in sourcing and commercial awareness.

• Local knowledge and established network.

• Proficiency in the English language.
