Home-Based Sales Assistant – Sourcing, Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and source promotional products from essential supplier networks, ensuring items align with client budgets, branding requirements, and industry trends.

• Create curated collections of product offerings, including mood boards, catalogs, and presentation decks, tailored for clients and the sales team.

• Utilize Adobe Illustrator to design and mock up branded product visuals, which encompass logo placement, color proofs, and virtual samples.

• Foster and enhance relationships with vendor/supplier contacts to remain informed about new products, pricing, and lead times.

• Assist the sales team by providing proposal materials, pricing sheets, and client-ready presentations.

• Monitor sourcing requests and product samples throughout the fulfillment process, coordinating timelines with suppliers.

• Keep abreast of promotional product trends to proactively introduce innovative ideas to the sales team and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, multimedia/fine arts, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in promotional products, merchandising, product sourcing, graphic design, or a similar sales-support role.

• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Flexibility to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.

• Proficient working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is required (expert level not necessary).

• Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools is advantageous.

• Capability to distinguish between vector and raster files and execute PMS color matching.

• Experience in sourcing from supplier/vendor networks (e.g., ASI, PPAI, or comparable promotional product platforms).

• Preference for familiarity with promotional product distributor platforms like SAGE, ESP, Distributor Central, or commonsku.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Gmail).

• Knowledge of print/production proofing and international shipping/import logistics is a plus.

• Background in a boutique or full-service marketing/branding agency is beneficial.
