Strategic Projects Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and synchronize the multi-year and annual planning processes within Digital Technology, which includes Strategic & Financial Planning, Long Range Planning, and Annual Operating Plan.

• Ensure that the long-range strategy is effectively translated into annual tactical actions, maintaining traceability from strategic priorities to funded initiatives.

• Spearhead strategic projects and initiatives that foster digital transformation and create a significant impact across the organization.

• Provide strategic guidance for the Digital Technology narrative, illustrating how priorities, investments, and capabilities contribute to mission success, operational performance, and business expansion.

• Assist in the annual goal alignment process to connect improvement objectives with funding and strategic priorities.

• Report directly to the Director of Digital Operations and Governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A University Degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 10 years of pertinent experience.

• A minimum of 8 years in strategic planning, program management, and leadership of teams.

• Demonstrated experience in managing multi-year or annual planning processes such as Long Range Planning (LRP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), or Strategic Financial Planning (SFP).

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Candidates must reside and work in one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.

• A Master’s degree in organizational psychology, business administration, or a similar field is preferred.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with quantifiable business results is preferred.

• Strong executive communication skills; the ability to construct clear and persuasive narratives and briefings is preferred.

• Experience in the aerospace, defense, or similar regulated industries is preferred.

• PMP or a comparable program management certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with digital investment planning is preferred.
