📋 Description

• Collaborate with Project Managers to transform clients into Procore experts and advocates through effective consultation.

• Utilize knowledge of the real estate development and construction sectors to enhance client business processes within Procore and throughout their organization.

• Deliver exceptional service and education to Procore clients through clear and impactful communication.

• Onboard, train, and mentor team members effectively.

• Work collaboratively across Procore to establish best practices and contribute to Procore’s growth as a leading market player.

• Attain in-depth knowledge of Procore’s product suite, business model, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success best practices.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% to client locations, industry events, and other Procore offices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the construction sector transitioning into a software consulting and advisory role.

• Prior experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Finance Manager, Estimator, or Project Engineer.

• Proven experience in managing project construction processes, including bidding, procurement, RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, documents, scheduling, quality control, and safety.

• Experience in establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
