Product Specialist, Rescue Therapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture a robust network among healthcare professionals (HCPs), addiction treatment facilities, harm-reduction services, hospitals, medical centers, and pharmacies.

• Enhance existing key accounts while proactively identifying new stakeholders and opportunities.

• Create and implement account and regional strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives.

• Provide approved product and therapy-area information along with promotional activities.

• Organize and carry out customer engagements and represent the company at pertinent congresses and events.

• Analyze market, competitor, and sales data to transform insights into actionable strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues in Commercial, Marketing, and Medical departments.

• Manage a nationwide territory in Switzerland with a high degree of autonomy in field-based activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in pharmaceutical sales within Switzerland, preferably in substitution therapy, psychiatry, opioids, and/or CNS.

• Relevant healthcare experience, such as being a paramedic or other healthcare professional, may be accepted as an alternative pathway.

• Strong comprehension of the Swiss healthcare system and pharmaceutical landscape.

• An established HCP network is an asset.

• Ability to take initiative and operate independently.

• Highly organized, with the capability to prioritize tasks, make trade-offs, and manage a nationwide territory autonomously.

• Resourceful and adaptable in the face of ambiguity.

• Proactive approach to strategic account planning and practical execution.

• Consistent follow-through with customers and colleagues.

• Excellent skills in building relationships and collaborating with others.

• Proficient in German and French for interactions with HCPs throughout Switzerland.

• Fluent in English for internal and corporate communications.
