This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Act as the primary contact for the Enterprise Project Management Organization (EPMO) for designated programs while evaluating the impact of other projects on the division.
• Assist with Corporate Strategic Projects, Divisional Initiatives, resource and capacity planning, project methodologies and governance, reporting, and application support.
• Ensure alignment of internal and external communications regarding strategic projects.
• Address gaps that may hinder successful project delivery.
• Offer insights derived from data gathered through the resource and capacity planning tool.
• Prepare information that is shareable with senior management and internal/external stakeholders to facilitate understanding, evaluation, and decision-making on potential actions and impacts.
• Provide direction and guidance to internal and external customers to ensure the success of the EPMO.
• Develop cohesive strategies in collaboration with relevant internal departments.
• Organize and present program statuses, initiative efforts, and guidance to management teams.
• Coordinate activities surrounding assigned initiatives.
• Establish processes to enhance awareness of strategic projects, corporate initiatives, and their impacts on constituents.
• Foster understanding of internal financial principles.
• Align internal and external requirements with available solutions.
• Facilitate data-driven discussions to synchronize initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Level II: Oversee a portfolio of complex initiatives across one or multiple business lines; enhance best practices and frameworks to evaluate business impact.
• Level III: Serve as a PMO subject matter expert; create and present strategies; link customer messaging with PMO design, support, and structure; assist with project intake through execution and develop solutions for any negative outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector for all levels.
• Strong leadership experience and potential may be considered in lieu of healthcare experience.
• A Master’s degree or higher is preferred for all levels.
• Robust analytical skills and a strong passion for problem-solving.
• Capability to lead a multidisciplinary team within a matrix environment.
• Excellent leadership abilities.
• Awareness of the organizational needs of both internal and external customers.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry concepts is preferred.
• Proficiency in delivering impactful presentations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficient in interacting with internal and external customers and all management levels.
• Skill in identifying adverse impacts and unusual practice patterns within programs and initiatives.
• Ability to derive outcomes from shared information.
• Level II: Master’s degree or advanced certification is highly desirable; at least 5 years of experience in healthcare information and analysis; knowledge of application support and development; familiarity with Project Management Methodology; understanding of regulatory environments and customer impact.
• Level III: A Master’s degree or advanced certification is required; a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Project Management Organization; capability to lead discussions around project management intake, delivery, governance, and resource and capacity tools; outstanding presentation and communication skills.
