Strategic Planning Analyst, III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily financial functions of the channel, gathering and analyzing data.

• Generate performance reports.

• Assist in the formulation of budgets and business strategies.

• Ensure coordination with operational teams.

• Develop and maintain the base budget model for the Direct Sales channel.

• Aid in data collection and preparation of spreadsheets for the annual budget and the three-year Business Plan.

• Conduct budget and trend analyses by segment (RE, Vpro/franchises, and brands).

• Create budget phasing and trend schedules for daily performance monitoring.

• Act as the primary daily contact for Performance teams.

• Align performance metrics with the strategic plan and provide insights back into it.

• Streamline and enhance data collection and analysis processes.

• Develop models, templates, and automations to boost the efficiency of the channel's financial data management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree.

• Familiarity with the Direct Sales channel.

• Proficiency in creating simulators and projection models.

• Knowledge of SQL.

• Experience building queries in GCP (Google Cloud Platform).

• Understanding of automation tools.

• Proficiency in Data Studio (preferred).

• Familiarity with Google tools and Vizzlo (preferred).

• Experience with NotebookLM and AI tools (preferred).

• Advanced skills in data analysis and the development of spreadsheets and dashboards.

• Strong logical reasoning abilities.
