Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant – Order to Cash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud Finance modules, including Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Receivables, Advance Collections, and Enterprise Contracts.

• Lead and assist in the comprehensive implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate functional and technical challenges within Oracle Cloud and PaaS environments.

• Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to merge Oracle Cloud Finance with the Staffing sector.

• Develop and sustain robust client relationships throughout the duration of projects.

• Ensure the punctual achievement of project milestones while upholding solution quality.

• Convert business requirements into functional design specifications and scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.

• Mentor junior team members and actively participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12 to 14 years of experience serving as a Functional SME with profound knowledge in Oracle Cloud Finance.

• Strong practical expertise in Oracle Fusion modules: Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Receivables, Advance Collections, and Enterprise Contracts.

• Proven track record in understanding, configuring, and resolving issues related to Oracle PaaS solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of the Staffing domain and its integration with Oracle Cloud Finance.

• Demonstrated experience in client-facing positions.

• Capability to articulate complex solutions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Oracle Cloud Financials certification or equivalent credentials preferred.

• Experience assisting staffing industry clients within an Oracle Cloud environment preferred.

• Familiarity with agile project delivery methodologies preferred.
