Manager, FP&A – MCE V2500

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Manage and actively participate in contract administration for Pratt & Whitney Commercial V2500 Aftermarket ESF Finance.

• Compute and evaluate contract estimates at completion (EACs) for various fleet management agreements.

• Develop and deliver financial analyses related to contract EACs for P&W CFT and external auditors.

• Create and present financial insights for customer proposals and contract modification efforts.

• Assist in monthly and yearly MML/closing activities, including actual financial outcomes for multiple fleet management contracts.

• Oversee the quarterly Remaining Performance Obligation (RPO) / Backlog process.

• Aid in the annual rate recalculation for several fleet management contracts.

• Provide assistance to the invoicing vendor.

• Ensure financial oversight for various fleet management contracts while supporting contract fleet managers.

• Utilize CORE tools to enhance continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Offer financial assistance to Finance leadership and the CFT team.

• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Customer Management, Sales, and Operations Analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting along with 8+ years of relevant work experience; OR an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in a Commercial Aftermarket or Financial Planning and Analysis environment, or in long-term contract accounting.

• Strong analytical and financial acumen.

• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.

• Experience with various financial systems, including SAP.

• Capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision while managing multiple high-priority projects.

• U.S. citizenship is required.
