This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Establish partnerships with key clients and align organizational capabilities with their objectives to create strategic value.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers to ensure long-term partnership success, drive innovation, develop account strategies, and create success plans.
• Oversee internal communications, prepare reports, and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Engage in strategic planning and provide insights based on industry trends, regulatory changes, and client feedback.
• Coordinate with Client Support Services, Quality, and Operations to address escalated client concerns.
• Prepare for, lead, or participate in study kick-off calls and regular client meetings.
• Proactively identify, assess, and resolve service issues to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Research and provide feedback from clients concerning billing, budgeting, communications, and operational processes.
• Monitor study and site submissions and gather information from internal departments.
• Manage projects related to the identification, documentation, and implementation of internal process rules (PACS).
• Keep institutional clients updated about unexpected issues or non-compliance prior to and after Board actions.
• Assist in or conduct client training regarding submission processes and the use of electronic portals.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Client Success Managers on operational process-flow instructions and documentation of outcomes.
• Support the preparation of internal and external reports, audits, and accreditation data.
• Audit study information to ensure current client contact details and trigger necessary notifications.
• Participate in IRB Integration demonstrations, provide IRBNet support training, manage CAPAs, engage in continuous improvement, and take part in special projects.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales support, strategic consulting, client strategy, or partnership development, preferably in healthcare or clinical research.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a consultative approach.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with experience in engaging senior stakeholders.
• Capability to synthesize complex information and promote strategic alignment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, databases, and Adobe.
• Professional oral and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage high workloads, strict deadlines, and frequent changes.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail in a highly regulated industry.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Familiarity with FDA Code of Federal Regulations and ICH Guidelines.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations applicable to research is preferred.
• Advanced understanding of WCG IRB Operations workflow and submission processes is preferred.
• Current CIP or another clinical research-related certification is preferred.
• Travel requirement of 5%-10%.
