This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead and oversee strategic initiatives such as product launches, business development prospects, strategic partnerships, operational enhancements, and projects sponsored by executives.
• Conduct project discovery and planning to establish objectives, scope, success metrics, risks, stakeholders, and resource needs.
• Create and sustain project plans, schedules, milestones, governance frameworks, and status reports.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and executive reviews.
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues; propose solutions and escalate concerns as necessary.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned projects, providing insights into project health, timelines, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to execute future-state processes and enhance efficiency, scalability, and organizational effectiveness.
• Cultivate relationships with project sponsors, business leaders, vendors, and external partners.
• Assist in product launch and lifecycle management through planning, milestone tracking, readiness reviews, and execution coordination.
• Manage go-to-market schedules, launch deliverables, stakeholder communications, and implementation prerequisites.
• Coordinate dependencies across product management, marketing, operations, customer support, sales enablement, and distribution teams.
• Oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of strategic corporate events and executive programs.
• Administer event budgets, logistics, registration, vendor relations, venue selection, communications, on-site operations, and post-event evaluations.
• Provide operational support for executive meetings, strategic planning sessions, leadership engagements, and organizational programs.
• Create executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, business reviews, and related materials.
• Assist with master calendar coordination, content management, survey administration, reporting, and administrative workflows.
• Lead or assist with special, confidential, and highly sensitive projects for senior leadership.
• Proven experience in leading and coordinating strategic business initiatives.
• Capable of managing multiple cross-functional projects from inception through to implementation.
• Ability to define project objectives, scope, success metrics, risks, assumptions, stakeholders, and resource allocations.
• Experience in developing project plans, schedules, milestones, governance frameworks, and status reports.
• Proficient in designated project and portfolio management tools.
• Competent in facilitating project kickoffs, stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and executive reviews.
• Skilled in monitoring dependencies, risks, and issues, with the ability to escalate concerns appropriately.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, HR, and external partners.
• Familiarity with product launch and lifecycle management, go-to-market timelines, readiness reviews, and launch deliverables.
• Background in planning and executing corporate events, including budget management, logistics, registration, vendor coordination, venue selection, communications, and on-site operations.
• Ability to create executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, business reviews, and communications.
