This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the client's product and operations leadership to prioritize a backlog of process and systems initiatives, delivering results in approximately two-week cycles.

• Analyze existing workflows and transform them into documented, scalable processes for future implementation.

• Develop AI-driven systems and workflows to enhance functions such as materials logistics, inventory management, and fulfillment.

• Create new applications and internal tools utilizing Supabase, Vercel, and other contemporary technology stacks.

• Replace outdated or no-code tools with robust, secure, and permissioned solutions.

• Document and implement new processes and tools to ensure that internal teams can independently adopt and maintain them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Ability to manage a backlog of projects with minimal daily supervision.

• Extensive experience in mapping and redesigning operational workflows for agile, rapidly scaling teams, from process discovery to documented future-state SOPs.

• Proficient full-stack developer capable of delivering lightweight internal tools from start to finish, ideally using Supabase and Vercel.

• Proven success in replacing informal or no-code tools (such as Glide, spreadsheets, and manual trackers) with sustainable, scalable systems.

• Comprehensive understanding of large language models (LLMs); comfortable working across various model platforms rather than being restricted to one.

• Experience with Supabase and Vercel for end-to-end app development.

• Familiarity with Claude and other advanced LLM platforms.

• Experience in transitioning teams from no-code tools to robust systems.

• Adept at creating and maintaining process documentation and SOPs.
