This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of Onterris’ technology and digital infrastructure market strategy and execute it effectively.
• Foster growth and increase bookings by bringing in new clients and enhancing current relationships.
• Convert market trends, regulatory updates, and client requirements into growth strategies and unique offerings.
• Evaluate the total addressable market, market share, competitive environment, and client experience.
• Create integrated go-to-market strategies that involve various business lines and development teams.
• Act as a Key Client Leader and establish trustworthy relationships with clients.
• Build priority accounts through strategic account planning, client discovery, and collaboration across business sectors.
• Nurture high-growth accounts and mentor potential future Key Client Leaders.
• Assist in expanding contracts, renewals, and launching new programs.
• Direct major pursuits and strategies for client engagement.
• Compile monthly reports on market performance, including sales pipeline, client activities, leads, and events.
• Conduct discovery calls and interviews to gain insights into client needs.
• Enhance Onterris’ market presence through thought leadership, industry engagement, conferences, and events.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create value propositions and market-facing content.
• Promote the sharing of market intelligence and client insights among teams.
• Monitor sector performance and report on pipeline, bookings, client activity, trends, and growth priorities.
• Serve as a leader both internally and externally in the critical and digital infrastructure market.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the technology and digital infrastructure or critical infrastructure sector.
• Proven success in attracting, managing, and expanding large key accounts within a consulting context.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Willingness and capability to travel both domestically and internationally, up to 50% of the time.
• Demonstrated ability to lead with integrity and influence within a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in communicating complex capabilities into compelling value propositions.
• Experience in strategic account planning, sales forecasting, and CRM management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is highly preferred.
• Capacity to adapt swiftly and balance independent decision-making with collaborative efforts across functions.
