Strategic Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead strategic initiatives that drive both organic and inorganic growth.

• Assess mergers and acquisitions while providing due diligence support.

• Formulate pricing and packaging strategies.

• Create business cases for new products or market opportunities.

• Collaborate with business leaders and the executive team on unit economics and ROI analyses.

• Analyze build-versus-buy and partnership decisions.

• Work alongside Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations on high-priority projects.

• Drive initiatives from analysis to executive recommendations.

• Develop AI-enabled reporting frameworks and dashboards.

• Enhance real-time visibility into strategic growth initiatives.

• Design and implement AI agents and automated workflows for financial analysis, research, and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in strategic finance within a SaaS company, strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.

• An AI-native mindset and proactive engagement with AI tools for research, modeling, and strategic analysis.

• Proficient financial modeling and analytical skills.

• Successful completion of a financial modeling test.

• Ability to convert ambiguous, open-ended business challenges into structured frameworks and actionable recommendations.

• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling abilities.

• Experience in preparing materials and presenting to senior leadership or a board.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration.

• Capacity to balance meticulous attention to detail with a broader strategic perspective.

• A self-starter with a proactive approach to action.

• Effective problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
