This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address critical strategic inquiries related to AI costs and ROI, market prospects, new product development, pricing and packaging strategies, and strategic investments.
• Collaborate across various departments to clarify ambiguous issues, assess trade-offs, and transform data into actionable insights and decisions.
• Oversee forecasting, headcount and expenditure planning, as well as financial modeling.
• Create and enhance driver-based models that inform performance, scenarios, growth, efficiency, and investment choices.
• Enhance the quality and connectivity of financial data across systems.
• Design AI-enabled workflows, reengineer processes, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Examine financial and operational performance, pinpoint key drivers and leading indicators, and offer recommendations.
• Establish and monitor business metrics and KPIs.
• Develop reporting and operational schedules to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and necessary actions.
• Manage and refine procurement processes, tools, and request workflows.
• Assist in vendor evaluations, contract renewals, benchmarking, and negotiations.
• Discover opportunities to cut costs, optimize licenses, eliminate redundant tools, and enhance spending efficiency.
• Lead analytical and cross-functional initiatives independently while collaborating with senior Finance and company leaders.
• 5–7 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, Strategic Finance / FP&A, Business Operations, or similar analytical roles.
• Experience in a high-growth technology company is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis.
• Proficient in developing analyses from scratch using Excel or Google Sheets.
• High standard for accuracy and sound judgment regarding necessary precision.
• Capable of structuring ambiguous problems and reasoning from first principles.
• Ability to independently handle multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively.
• AI- and systems-oriented, with a readiness to leverage AI, automation, and improved tools.
• Comfortable working directly with data.
• Excellent, concise communication skills with the ability to generate executive-ready recommendations.
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or data visualization is an advantage.
• Must possess an eligible work permit in the USA.
