This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Serve as the main technical resource for our largest clients, offering expertise on product deployment, integration, and optimization.
β’ Oversee the technical onboarding process for new strategic customers.
β’ Deliver continuous technical support and resolve issues for enterprise clients.
β’ Champion customer needs within the organization.
β’ Align Fingerprintβs roadmap with client objectives and promote wider product adoption.
β’ Gather performance and feature feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams.
β’ Foster relationships with technical and business stakeholders in enterprise accounts.
β’ Monitor and assess customer health metrics and usage statistics.
β’ Utilize visualization tools to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
β’ Generate reports and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
β’ Travel infrequently to meet customers onsite.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in customer success, professional services, or solutions engineering roles, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software with large accounts.
β’ Strong practical experience with JavaScript in a professional setting, particularly in debugging or developing integrations.
β’ Familiarity with RESTful APIs and other web services.
β’ Solid SQL capabilities; experience with PostgreSQL is preferred.
β’ Understanding of software development lifecycles and contemporary API architectures.
β’ Experience with at least one supported SDK language (Go, Node.js, Python, PHP, C#, Java) is advantageous.
β’ Experience in deploying serverless functions or working with Cloudflare Workers or AWS Lambda is a plus.
β’ Outstanding troubleshooting abilities.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
β’ Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, highly ambiguous environments.
β’ Capability to comprehend customer needs and provide effective solutions.
β’ Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Proficiency with macOS.
β’ Comfort in working fully remotely with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
β’ Must be authorized to work from the home location; Fingerprint does not offer visa sponsorship.
β’ 100% remote work.
β’ Minimal travel anticipated.
