This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Take charge of intricate technical troubleshooting from initial discovery to resolution, encompassing root-cause analysis, testing, implementation, documentation, and follow-up.
• Deliver clear technical direction to team members via Loom, email, phone, or other effective communication channels.
• Collaborate with external partners and ensure accountability until resolution is achieved.
• Manage and provide support for the Accelerator technology environment, including GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Asana, and associated systems.
• Oversee relationships between HubSpot firms, orders, contracts, Asana implementation projects, and Accelerator member accounts.
• Execute approved account builds, updates, pauses, reactivations, migrations, and technical closeout activities.
• Diagnose issues related to workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, permissions, and settings.
• Explore deliverability, phone/SMS, domains, DNS, integrations, and data-related problems.
• Offer limited support for relevant legacy platforms as assigned.
• Utilize AI and authorized integration tools to investigate issues, interpret errors, and fulfill member requests.
• Examine APIs, webhooks, authentication, logs, and field mappings.
• Coordinate complex development requirements and document outcomes and constraints.
• Safeguard confidential member information.
• Document recurring technical processes and knowledge for the benefit of team members.
• Recognize patterns and propose repeatable solutions, documentation, automation, or product enhancements.
• Practical experience in administering and troubleshooting GoHighLevel and HubSpot across multiple accounts.
• Familiarity with workflows, order forms, contracts, client records, and support tickets.
• Comprehension of workflows, pipelines, snapshots, calendars, forms, permissions, account configuration, and shared-system dependencies.
• Capability to articulate technical concepts in simple terms and guide clients through solutions on Loom or Zoom.
• Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON, logs, data mapping, email, phone/SMS, DNS, and calendar integrations.
• Responsible usage of AI and authorized integration tools.
• Proficiency in documenting work, sharing knowledge, and ensuring follow-through.
• Willingness to have a minimum of 4 hours overlap with Pacific Time.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without needing current or future sponsorship.
• Must currently reside physically in the United States.
• Ability to provide a personal computer and internet connection that meets minimum requirements, including at least 16GB RAM.
• Additional experience with law-firm or professional-services operations, estate planning, Keap, Lawmatics, Make, Zapier, n8n, data migrations, reconciliation, or basic JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python is a plus.
