This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
β’ Ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for users as they apply to listings, participate in AI-driven interviews, accept offers, and receive payments.
β’ Provide prompt and helpful responses to inquiries and concerns from talent.
β’ Thoroughly investigate issues reported by talent, reproducing bugs, identifying root causes, and recognizing UX friction, model edge cases, and system defects.
β’ Diagnose problems within the AI and SaaS stack utilizing telemetry, logs, network inspections, and database queries.
β’ Prioritize issues, escalate engineering challenges, and resolve others through configuration adjustments, prompt enhancements, or user support.
β’ Highlight systemic patterns and product risks to engineering and product leadership.
β’ Develop documentation and runbooks aimed at minimizing recurring issues and enhancing resolution efficiency.
β’ Communicate with clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
β’ Collaborate directly with the engineering team.
β’ Must be currently based in Latin America; applicants from outside this region will not be considered.
β’ Proficiency in debugging web applications.
β’ A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field from a prestigious institution, or relevant experience in a high-growth technology startup.
β’ Experience in developing modern web applications (React, Node, Flask, Next.js, etc.) OR 2β5 years of experience providing support to customers on such applications.
β’ Familiarity with AI systems, including LLMs, agents, or generative models.
β’ Experience in analyzing AI tool behavior, such as fine-tuning, prompt chains, chain-of-thought debugging, or agent development.
β’ Ability to interpret model outputs, identify failure modes, hallucinations, and feedback loops.
β’ Knowledge of contemporary AI APIs like OpenAI and Anthropic, or agent frameworks such as LangChain and AutoGPT is an advantage.
β’ Native-level English writing skills.
β’ Significant overlap with Pacific Time (PT/PST) working hours.
β’ Willingness to work a 6-day-per-week schedule.
