This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily technical and operational effectiveness of the division

• Directly supervise technicians, Field Service Managers, and other personnel supporting LMR, DAS, and ERCES systems

• Increase annual service contract revenue

• Manage existing contracts and the contract renewal process

• Develop new opportunities for contract expansion, including program implementations and template documentation

• Act as project manager for significant, large-scale, or critical initiatives

• Provide oversight in project management and ensure projects are completed successfully

• Lead service-oriented RFP/Q responses and prepare service quotes

• Acquire a thorough understanding of the SOW and post-sale requirements

• Report directly to the ASM

• Hold primary responsibility for SeaTac, with some duties extending statewide

• Build relationships with customers and Motorola or contractors

• Work in collaboration with service managers, project managers, technical leads, and the sales team

• Perform site visits as needed for projects

• Supervise subcontractor operations

• Create quotations

• Offer oversight for projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or vocational institution in electronics & wireless system repair, along with a minimum of four years of relevant work experience in electronic communications repair; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Commercial License (General Radiotelephone Operator License/GROL) is required

• A valid Driver’s License is necessary

• A valid passport for international travel is required

• ETA-Certified Service Manager (CSM) certification is preferred

• Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Certifications (Test Equipment, Data Platforms, Motorola, BDA/DAS) are ideal
