This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Collaborate closely with Client Services, serving as the primary contact for elite advisors and elite TPAs.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with elite advisors and elite TPAs to ensure exceptional service experiences, retention of business, and organic growth.
• Build relationships and encourage organic growth through strategic analysis and consultative solutions.
• Engage with C-Level employer executives to formulate educational and communication strategies.
• Communicate updates on platform rollouts and enhancements, providing training as necessary.
• Enhance intermediary satisfaction, client retention, and organic growth through industry expertise.
• Act as an internal advocate for elite advisors, elite TPAs, and their clients by collaborating with Ascensus departments.
• Improve the Ascensus experience and increase share-of-wallet.
• Analyze the current book of business to find retention opportunities, optimize plan performance, add value for advisors, and generate revenue.
• Identify and pursue cross-sell revenue opportunities.
• Provide tailored book-of-business reporting, including AFCA, advanced payment reporting, Plan Illustrator, Fiduciary Benchmark, and other relevant reports.
• Lead or participate in projects and initiatives that add value to existing relationships.
• Conduct plan-specific pricing and investment assessments to determine profitability and suggest pricing adjustments.
• Maintain expertise with partner and Ascensus proprietary products.
• Stay proficient in regulatory, financial, accounting, service, operations, and compliance elements of relationship management.
• Safeguard, secure, and appropriately manage confidential Ascensus data.
• Exhibit Ascensus’ I-Client service philosophy and Core Values in everyday activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in the retirement services industry.
• Preferred 7+ years of experience in the retirement services industry.
• Previous experience with direct client/client equivalent relationships in a financial services administrative setting.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a highly collaborative team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to operate with a high degree of independence.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to make sound business decisions while balancing client needs and organizational priorities.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including experience with group presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Skilled in coordinating and conducting meetings with senior-level personnel.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Proven project management expertise.
