This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Formulate comprehensive business plans to implement brand strategies and tactics in the field.

• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial goals, and marketing objectives.

• Establish strong partnerships with customers and accounts.

• Create a high-quality territory plan for Southern Alberta.

• Develop pre-call strategies and carry out post-call assessments.

• Address the needs, expectations, and challenges of key stakeholders.

• Implement call plans to enhance coverage of key customers and maximize sales potential.

• Gain insights into customer requirements, territory dynamics, competitors, market segments, accounts, diseases, products, and clinical expertise.

• Provide market intelligence to the district manager and team members.

• Articulate AbbVie's value proposition to healthcare providers.

• Identify, cultivate, and sustain relationships with disease state experts and speakers/advocates.

• Adhere to AbbVie's business code of conduct, policies, and relevant laws and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Demonstrated success in sales with strong presentation skills.

• Excellent customer relationship-building abilities.

• Strong business acumen; strategic, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities.

• Ability to anticipate potential outcomes from both customer and competitive perspectives.

• Capability to develop sales strategies based on insights.

• Solution-focused; innovative approaches and strategies to enhance business opportunities.

• Leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Proficient in managing ambiguity and adapting to change.

• Collaborative partnership with district colleagues and various stakeholders.

• Proven leadership success and the ability to influence and drive change.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).

• Comfortable with technology and various tools/systems.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25%, including overnight trips, as well as some evening and weekend work.

• Valid driver's license and passport.
