This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
β’ Take ownership of the strategic partnership with Federal System Integrators while driving measurable growth in pipeline and revenue.
β’ Create and implement joint business strategies that align with CrowdStrike Federal priorities and partner growth goals.
β’ Identify, assess, and expedite partner-driven sales opportunities throughout the federal sales cycle.
β’ Collaborate with Federal Account Executives, Regional Directors, Capture Managers, and Sales Leadership to develop a qualified pipeline and advance key opportunities.
β’ Position CrowdStrike as the preferred cybersecurity platform within partner solution portfolios, managed services, and digital transformation projects.
β’ Foster relationships across partner sales, capture, solution architecture, delivery, and executive leadership teams.
β’ Ensure CrowdStrike's inclusion in partner-led proposals, RFIs, RFPs, BPA/GWAC opportunities, and strategic account planning efforts.
β’ Recognize emerging federal programs, modernization efforts, and capture opportunities.
β’ Align partner investments with key priorities such as AI, Identity Protection, Cloud Security, Falcon Flex, MDR, and Platform adoption.
β’ Work with Federal Sales leadership to prioritize target accounts and implement account plans.
β’ Develop and execute collaborative sales campaigns, executive engagement strategies, workshops, and demand generation initiatives.
β’ Partner with Marketing on federal-focused campaigns and executive events.
β’ Lead executive business reviews and ensure accountability for growth objectives.
β’ Maintain precise pipeline forecasting, opportunity tracking, and executive reporting.
β’ Establish KPIs to measure partner influence on pipeline creation, opportunity progression, partner-sourced revenue, and service attachment.
β’ Utilize AI technologies to enhance partner intelligence, account planning, pipeline analysis, and operational efficiency.
β’ More than 5 years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner development in the fields of cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise software.
β’ Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI technologies to improve decision-making, optimize workflows and processes, enhance efficiency, and achieve business results.
β’ Proven track record in managing substantial Federal System Integrator partnerships successfully.
β’ Established ability to cultivate executive relationships while achieving measurable sales results.
β’ Experience collaborating directly with enterprise or federal sales teams to generate pipeline and close strategic deals.
β’ Strong knowledge of Federal procurement, capture strategies, and the federal systems integrator landscape.
β’ Proficient in influencing complex sales cycles that involve sales, capture, delivery, and executive stakeholders.
β’ Capability to develop executive business plans and convert strategic initiatives into quantifiable revenue results.
β’ Exceptional executive presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience.
