This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic insights regarding the organization’s priorities, structure, and decision-making processes within the DOL.

• Provide guidance to Dexis leadership on client engagement strategies related to data analytics, statistical analysis, program integrity, and the enhancement of performance monitoring.

• Identify and establish connections with relevant stakeholders throughout the capture and bidding process.

• Assess programmatic direction, potential scope, and customer expectations for upcoming opportunities.

• Engage in regular strategy sessions and act as a trusted advisor during the pre-solicitation, capture, and bidding phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in roles related to or supporting the DOL.

• Proven history of engagement with senior-level personnel and contract leadership at the DOL.

• Established relationships within DOL/ETA and/or with current contract implementers in the realm of program evaluation and research support services.

• Previous experience advising capture or proposal teams focused on DOL contracts is highly preferred.

• Possess discretion, professionalism, and a strong sense of integrity in managing client-facing interactions.
