This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Identify, assess, and execute strategies for healthcare redesign, provider reimbursement, and partnerships to achieve growth goals, control healthcare expenses, and enhance outcomes and member satisfaction.

• Assist in and oversee the development of current products and components of market offerings.

• Collaborate on strategic planning, complex financial and qualitative analyses, and provide thought leadership at both departmental and enterprise levels.

• Present strategic ideas, planning data, medical expense/reimbursement rates, provider performance metrics, and impact evaluations to both internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.

• Organize, streamline, and communicate progress toward the completion of the overall work portfolio.

• Work with and support enterprise departments on shared initiatives and distinctive projects as a subject matter expert in healthcare delivery transformation and/or reimbursement and strategy.

• Identify, analyze, and track industry, regulatory, technological, and market trends that impact operations, provider reimbursement, medical expense strategies, and payer-provider relationships.

• Discover operational enhancements through new analytical/reporting capabilities, project management methodologies, and consulting/engagement strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree (if required).

• Over 5 years of experience in a related field.

• Alternatively, 7+ years of experience in a related field may substitute for a degree.

• Proficiency in healthcare consulting, financial management within healthcare, healthcare innovation, management, reimbursement, strategic planning, health outcomes, medical reimbursement, performance metrics, physician reimbursement, project management, and reporting and analysis.
