This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Influence the future of GE Vernova's global supply chain on an enterprise level.
• Establish the next-generation supply chain framework that promotes operational and competitive excellence across Gas Power and GE Vernova.
• Take ownership of future Make-Buy decisions, footprint, technology, and capacity for generators, components, and services.
• Direct commodity strategy decisions that encompass technology, product configuration, and standardization.
• Identify the optimal value-chain positioning to enhance customer impact.
• Formulate inventory strategies that maximize Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost principles.
• Affect delivery, quality, new product launch, lead time, cost, and margin for new units and services.
• Serve as a change agent and strategic architect.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results through effective influence within the organization.
• Convert complex data into straightforward recommendations for senior leadership.
• Oversee multiple high-priority workstreams in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Lean, Manufacturing, Strategy, Program Management, Operational Excellence, Business, Finance, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience in a similar area.
• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Lean, Manufacturing, Strategy, Program Management, or Operational Excellence.
• Proven experience in applying Lean and process-improvement methodologies to complex business or operational challenges.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Established ability to lead cross-functional projects and achieve results through influence.
• Excellent project management skills with the capability to handle multiple high-priority workstreams in a fast-paced, matrixed setting.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in developing and managing operational dashboards, KPIs, benefit-tracking tools, and executive-level reporting.
• Lean expertise, including standard work, visual management, value-stream mapping, Kaizen, and continuous improvement.
• Financial understanding that includes cost, cash flow, contribution margin, CapEx, productivity metrics, and business-case development.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and digital tools that enhance organizational productivity and decision-making.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
