This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Achieve sales revenue goals through strategic planning and execution with key hospital Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
• Oversee the intricate sales process for the Aquabeam System in both new and existing hospitals.
• Design and implement sales initiatives to meet or surpass objectives.
• Identify essential institutions, enhance market awareness, and promote sales of the Aquabeam System.
• Cultivate relationships with national and regional IDN administrators and senior hospital executives.
• Generate clinical and administrative support through technical presentations, executive meetings, and marketing events.
• Facilitate the expansion of clinical usage across various accounts.
• Evaluate regional business performance through monthly reporting.
• Build relationships in targeted accounts and nurture key opinion leader connections.
• Provide management updates regarding competition, product usage, clinical advancements, reimbursement, and other business metrics.
• Engage in the development, delivery, and enhancement of programs and training events.
• Foster positive relationships throughout PROCEPT BioRobotics.
• Maintain trained status and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System.
• Comply with Quality and EHS policies.
• Oversee Sales Representatives in the designated region, including recruiting, hiring, training, work assignments, performance evaluations, and resolving issues.
• Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary resources, education, skills, and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited and esteemed institution.
• Experience in a start-up company selling disruptive technology.
• At least 5 years of experience in a sales, sales management, training, or marketing organization.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in capital selling is preferred.
• High level of technical and clinical product understanding.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Capability to function as a cross-functional team member.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a complex environment while prioritizing and multitasking.
• Strong local connections within the healthcare community in the specified geographic area.
• Display leadership skills through professional achievements in the medical device field and involvement in sports, professional clubs, or associations.
• Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Skilled in presenting information and addressing questions from internal groups, clients, customers, and the public.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Ability to manage Sales Representatives in the designated region, if applicable.
