This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead the comprehensive consultative sales process utilizing a value-oriented strategy.
• Recognize client operational challenges and customize PayRange’s integrated payment solutions platform accordingly.
• Market and sell PayRange products and services to commercial laundry professionals within a specific territory and market segment.
• Generate new business both organically and through referred sales leads.
• Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with Laundry Route Operators and Commercial Laundry Equipment Distributors.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, collaborating with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Support existing accounts with renewals and contract extensions.
• Monitor sales forecasts and deliver detailed reports to PayRange LLC leadership through CRM software.
• Keep track of trends in the commercial laundry and fintech sectors.
• Position PayRange’s vertically integrated model against traditional coin-operated and fragmented competitors.
• Work in conjunction with PayRange LLC Sales personnel to promote the complete platform, software, services, and hardware suite.
• Travel more than 40% of the year for face-to-face client meetings and deal closures.
• Over 3 years of experience in equipment sales and/or enterprise-level software sales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales objectives and driving revenue through established sales techniques.
• Previous experience in commercial laundry sales is advantageous.
• Capability to cultivate and manage relationships with senior-level roles and engage with multiple client stakeholders.
• Proficient networking skills and business development expertise with PayRange LLC staff and clients in the assigned market.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strong presentation and writing skills.
• Effective time management and organizational competencies.
• Ability to collaborate with other Sales personnel to market a comprehensive suite of platform, software, services, and hardware.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory and occasionally across North America, accounting for a minimum of 40% of the time.
• Basic understanding of SaaS monetization principles, including subscription models, transaction fees, and monthly recurring revenue.
• Experience with consultative, value-driven sales and extended sales cycles.
• Proficiency in tracking sales forecasts and generating detailed CRM-based reports.
• Skills in developing new business, maintaining ongoing customer relationships, and assisting with renewals and contract extensions.
• A college or university degree is preferred.
• Remote work option available within the designated territory.
• Occasional travel to the Portland, OR office after the initial training weeks.
• Training provided during the first few weeks of employment.
