This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee designated customer accounts while identifying and qualifying new opportunities.
• Implement account strategies to generate revenue from licenses, support, and services.
• Cultivate relationships across various functional areas and levels within the organization.
• Grasp account challenges and opportunities related to portfolio planning and asset management.
• Recognize how Copperleaf solutions can enhance account business objectives and advocate for success.
• Collaborate with customers to develop solution roadmaps.
• Facilitate procurement and commercial processes to finalize business deals.
• Lead Copperleaf deal teams in defining solutions and executing sales strategies.
• Advocate for customer needs within Copperleaf.
• Keep track of competitors and effectively position Copperleaf solutions.
• Manage sales processes that present the solution as a strategic benefit.
• Share opportunity plans and sales strategies with account teams, field management, and corporate management.
• Maintain a precise and documented CRM pipeline of prospects and suspects.
• Proven experience in selling enterprise software to C-level executives.
• Background in complex software sales, solution selling, and value-based selling.
• Capability to navigate within complex organizational structures.
• Skill in developing, communicating, and executing customer-specific selling strategies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic-thinking skills.
• Engaging presentation skills.
• Proficiency in articulating customer challenges and linking them to value propositions.
• Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies.
• Willingness to travel, dedicating 50% of time to client visits or regional industry events.
• Experience in asset-intensive sectors like Utilities, Oil & Gas, Mining, Public Sector, or Transportation is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with established Copperleaf and IFS clients.
• Competence in leading cross-functional teams and maintaining CRM pipeline documentation.
