
Strategic Account Executive – Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives for the Life Sciences sector.
• Develop and oversee a portfolio of key accounts within medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology companies, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Create and implement account strategies that align with partners' clinical, evidence-generation, regulatory, and commercial goals.
• Identify, engage, and enhance relationships with decision-makers and advocates within Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs, R&D, Evidence Generation, Digital Health, and commercial departments.
• Convert OneStep's clinical and technical strengths into persuasive value propositions for scientific, clinical, and business audiences.
• Structure and negotiate phased commercial engagements, ranging from initial pilots and evidence-generation programs to extensive enterprise partnerships.
• Navigate intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes that involve clinical, legal, security, procurement, and executive teams.
• Uphold CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy, while providing market and competitive insights to leadership.
• Collaborate across functions to refine positioning and translate field insights into product and market strategies.
• Represent OneStep at pertinent industry conferences to create opportunities and enhance market visibility.
• Travel up to 30% for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
• A minimum of 8 years of enterprise sales experience, demonstrating success in selling technology solutions to medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology companies.
• A proven history of exceeding quotas and closing complex transactions with medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology organizations.
• Established connections with senior executives in clinical affairs, R&D, and commercial sectors within medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology companies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of life sciences commercialization in medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology fields, including R&D workflows, clinical development, evidence generation (RWE, post-market studies), and the regulatory/reimbursement landscape.
• Proficient in navigating extended procurement cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes within large, matrixed organizations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging credibly with both scientific and business audiences.
• Experience in selling solutions related to real-world evidence, clinical studies, digital health, remote monitoring, digital biomarkers, or functional outcomes.
• Knowledge of post-market studies, regulatory strategies, reimbursement pathways, or evidence-generation programs.
• Background in mobility-related areas such as post-surgical recovery, neuromodulation, pain management, fall risk, or neurological conditions.
• Experience in a growth-stage startup is an advantage.
