Account Executive, Education – Northeast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain client relationships while overseeing the entire sales process from initial prospecting to closing deals.

• Play a key role in generating pipeline opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation efforts.

• Articulate and showcase Flywire's unique value proposition effectively.

• Meet and exceed established goals, as well as monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

• Collaborate with product, technical, operational, and marketing teams to manage the delivery and implementation of solutions.

• Work in conjunction with marketing on lead-generation initiatives and research for new markets.

• Establish a metrics-driven sales pipeline targeting new accounts within the Americas.

• Collaborate with colleges and universities throughout the United States to tackle financial and operational challenges.

• Assist institutions in enhancing student payment experiences and modernizing their financial technology systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the full sales cycle.

• Experience in selling SaaS-based solutions is preferred.

• Strong judgment and high emotional intelligence are essential.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.

• A proactive self-starter who can anticipate needs and take initiative in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in consultative sales is a must.

• Ability to establish rapport quickly with clients.

• Capability to demonstrate products remotely.

• Ability to address specific customer needs with effective solutions.

• Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM applications is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 35%.
