This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with primary sales representatives across strategic, national, and alliance accounts as a subject-matter expert in Customer Data Management and a consultative overlay specialist.
• Conduct assessments of customer data to evaluate data quality, record linking, duplicate rates, and associated challenges.
• Communicate assessment results and their business implications to clients.
• Present detailed findings and strategic recommendations to clients, showcasing the capabilities of LexisNexis Risk Solutions.
• Establish trusted relationships with client executives, decision-makers, sales representatives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Leverage expertise in entity resolution, customer data linking, data quality management, and Financial Crime Compliance to formulate client solutions and enhance opportunities.
• Work alongside Market Planning to pinpoint market needs and create solutions focused on Financial Crime Compliance.
• Simplify complex technical and analytical concepts into actionable business solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Delivery teams to develop solutions and facilitate transition and execution.
• Identify emerging market and customer opportunities, contributing to strategies for relationship expansion and revenue growth.
• Oversee multiple customer engagements, managing priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Travel about 10% of the time and communicate effectively across management and functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, solution consulting, or a related field within a technology, data, analytics, or service-oriented organization.
• Profound and up-to-date experience with customer or business data along with significant subject-matter expertise.
• Familiarity with Customer Data Management, Master Data Management, data quality management, entity resolution, customer data linking, or similar data solutions.
• Understanding of Financial Crime Compliance use cases and challenges related to Anti-Money Laundering, fraud, identity, or other related risk issues.
• Strong consultative sales background supporting complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
• Ability to analyze data assessment findings and articulate technical concepts, conclusions, and business value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Capability to lead extensive, in-depth client presentations.
• Ability to establish trust as a credible subject-matter expert and work collaboratively with sales teams and cross-functional partners.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, organizational skills, and capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
