This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with core sales representatives across strategic, national, and alliance accounts as a Customer Data Management expert and consultative overlay specialist.
• Conduct customer data evaluations to assess data quality, record linking, duplicate rates, and associated issues.
• Communicate assessment results and their business implications to clients.
• Provide comprehensive client presentations and strategic recommendations that showcase LexisNexis Risk Solutions capabilities.
• Establish trusted relationships with client executives, decision-makers, sales representatives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Utilize expertise in entity resolution, customer data linking, data quality management, and Financial Crime Compliance to craft client solutions and promote opportunities.
• Work alongside Market Planning to determine market needs and create solutions focused on Financial Crime Compliance.
• Contribute to product and solution innovation.
• Simplify complex technical and analytical concepts into clear, actionable business solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Delivery teams to develop solutions and facilitate transition and execution.
• Identify new market and customer opportunities to enhance relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee multiple customer engagements, priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Travel approximately 10% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area; MBA is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, solution consulting, or a related field within technology, data, analytics, or a service-oriented organization.
• Extensive, up-to-date experience with customer or business data and significant subject-matter expertise.
• Experience in Customer Data Management, Master Data Management, data quality management, entity resolution, customer data linking, or similar data solutions.
• Understanding of Financial Crime Compliance use cases, such as Anti-Money Laundering, fraud detection, identity verification, or related risk challenges.
• Strong consultative sales background with a proven track record in supporting complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
• Capability to analyze data assessment results and convey technical concepts, conclusions, and business value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in leading extensive, detailed client presentations.
• Ability to establish credibility as a trusted subject-matter expert and collaborate effectively with sales teams and cross-functional partners.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
