This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the daily administration of equity compensation programs, encompassing RSUs, PSUs, and ESPPs.
• Manage grants, vesting events, cancellations, releases, and terminations.
• Ensure precise participant records are maintained across stock plan systems and brokerage platforms.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and external vendors on global equity initiatives.
• Assist in equity compliance across 14 countries, addressing tax withholding, local filings, and registrations.
• Track regulatory changes and suggest modifications to plans.
• Work alongside Global Payroll on matters concerning equity taxation and reporting.
• Review and reconcile taxable events along with tax withholding calculations.
• Aid in payroll audits and quarter-end/year-end reporting processes.
• Support ASC 718 accounting, close procedures, share-based compensation disclosures, and equity roll-forward schedules.
• Reconcile stock plan records with accounting and transfer agent records.
• Assist internal and external auditors during quarterly and annual audits.
• Manage annual equity processing, which includes grants for new hires, promotions, refresh grants, and performance awards.
• Aid in forecasting share reserves and conducting dilution analysis.
• Enhance scalability, controls, and participant experience.
• Document and uphold stock plan procedures and internal controls.
• Recommend automated solutions and process improvements.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related area.
• 8–15+ years of experience in stock plan administration, ideally in a public company setting.
• Proficient in ESPP and RSU administration.
• Experience managing global equity programs across various countries.
• Familiarity with Equity Edge Online.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Understanding of global equity compensation and reporting.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
• Capability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Flexible remote work arrangement.
• Work partially during Pacific Time hours.
