Steam Turbine Value Stream Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold a cohesive KPI architecture that spans customer delivery, milestones, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, site execution, lead time, risk, margin, and cash.

• Take ownership of the methodology and governance for comprehensive Value Stream Mapping from order handover through engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, shipment, site execution, and closeout.

• Create and oversee a Value Stream Management maturity framework, which includes establishing baselines, target conditions, and improvement roadmaps.

• Convert mapping and analytics into tangible opportunities for flow and lead-time enhancements.

• Manage performance content and analytical architecture for weekly Execution/S&OE and monthly Value Stream/MOR reviews.

• Utilize performance data and value-stream analysis to pinpoint recurring failure patterns and secure lasting benefits.

• Propel the advancement of automated and predictive value-stream analytics through digital tools, advanced analytics, and AI.

• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Field Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Significant experience in complex industrial, engineered-product, or project-based environments.

• Proven experience in value-stream management, operational performance, or executing complex projects/portfolios.

• Strong practical expertise in Value Stream Mapping and Lean principles, including current/future-state design, flow, WIP, pull, bottleneck/constraint management, and structured problem solving.

• Excellent analytical and performance management skills, encompassing project schedules, milestone performance, operational KPIs, business intelligence, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Capability to influence across organizational boundaries, confront senior stakeholders with evidence, and lead cross-functional improvements without relying on direct authority.
