📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain high-performance applications using Rust, capitalizing on the language's advantages in safety, concurrency, and efficiency.

• Collaborate across the technology stack as required — including React, TypeScript, and WebAssembly.

• Work closely with product managers and user experience designers to clarify specifications and transform them into software functionalities.

• Ensure adequate automated test coverage by implementing both unit and integration tests.

• Create innovative, high-performance web applications for Motif's agent-native platform, focused on designing and constructing buildings.

• Utilize expertise in 3D modeling, full-stack development, Rust, WASM, and AI tools in everyday development tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with the 3D modeling domain as it relates to architecture, mechanical design, game development, or a related area.

• Over 5 years of experience in developing complex, production-level software products.

• Practical experience with Rust or another object-oriented programming language, possessing a strong grasp of memory management, concurrency, and performance enhancement techniques.

• Proficiency in at least one additional language (JavaScript, TypeScript) to facilitate contributions across the technology stack.

• Experience in creating web applications.

• Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools in real-world production environments.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

• Knowledge of design-by-composition and its applications in Rust.

• Experience with WebAssembly in a browser context, including compiling Rust to WASM and integrating WASM modules into JavaScript/TypeScript applications.

• Background in building and maintaining intricate high-performance distributed systems.
