Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop customer-facing features within the web application.

• Create and manage APIs.

• Work on document and AI processing pipelines.

• Address and resolve production issues.

• Implement features from initial specifications to fully shipped, tested, and observable production releases.

• Take ownership of features post-launch.

• Collaborate directly with the CTO.

• Engage in significant strategic decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a comparable position.

• Proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript across both Node.js and React.

• Capable of managing a feature from the database and API level to the user interface.

• Demonstrated experience in building projects that you are proud of, either professionally or independently.

• Familiarity with databases, particularly PostgreSQL.

• Comfortable working with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Possess an analytical mindset that enjoys tackling problems.

• Must be located in Germany.

• Experience with Nest.js is advantageous.

• Preferred: knowledge in document/PDF processing or AI/LLM-assisted extraction.
