Staff Strategic Program Manager

📋 Description

• Develop robust, trusted partnerships with customers in the aerospace and robotics sectors, ensuring outstanding service and fostering long-term loyalty.

• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Fulfillment teams to outline, plan, and implement intricate customer programs.

• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the design and production stages to ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Offer expert advice on aerospace and robotics specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

• Streamline production schedules, minimize costs, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Facilitate status meetings and ensure stakeholders are aligned with project objectives.

• Advocate for innovative manufacturing technologies and methods to accelerate development and enhance delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Robotics, or a related Engineering discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in managing programs within aerospace, robotics, or advanced manufacturing.

• Practical experience in New Product Development (NPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), and high-volume manufacturing.

• Familiarity with CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Additive Manufacturing, and Assembly processes.

• Demonstrated capability to lead complex, technical projects involving aerospace and robotics clients.

• Strong skills in program management, risk assessment, and time management with a methodical approach.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across diverse, cross-functional teams.

• A proactive problem-solver, relationship-builder, and technology advocate.

• Willingness to travel 11–25% both domestically and internationally.

• Primarily an office/computer-based work environment, with necessary travel obligations.
