This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of comprehensive solution development for initiatives within Tonal's Business Systems ecosystem, encompassing NetSuite, Salesforce, iPaaS/integration layers, and associated applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Care, Operations, and Finance to establish systems strategy and document business requirements.
• Evaluate existing processes and design optimized future-state processes.
• Lead design workshops and align functions amid competing priorities.
• Manage solution design for NetSuite, Salesforce, and integrated applications, addressing build/configure/buy decisions and native/custom trade-offs.
• Support technical leads with technical design documentation, data models, integration patterns, and guidance for developers/implementation partners.
• Create iPaaS and custom integrations, including data schemas, error handling, reprocessing, and reconciliation protocols.
• Contribute to decisions regarding enterprise architecture and the Business Systems roadmap.
• Formulate test strategies and test cases for functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Implement and coordinate testing activities, including stakeholder UAT, and manage defects to resolution.
• Oversee solutions during cutover, hypercare, transition to support, delivery, and adoption phases.
• Diagnose process, application, and functional issues to identify root causes.
• Establish standards for solution design, documentation expectations, and adherence to SDLC discipline.
• Implement governance practices pertaining to change management, environment and release management, access controls, segregation of duties, and audit trails.
• Create and deliver end-user training and enablement programs.
• Provide mentorship to analysts, developers, and administrators.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and deploying NetSuite solutions within enterprise environments, including practical configuration and extension.
• Direct experience with Salesforce Sales and Services Clouds in an interconnected ecosystem.
• Proficient hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, Workato, or similar.
• Strong functional understanding of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report processes.
• Familiarity with lead-to-quote, order management, fulfillment and forward logistics, customer support, and returns/reverse logistics in omnichannel settings.
• Capability to transform ambiguous requirements into effective solutions within complex, integrated environments.
• Competence to engage in technical configuration discussions and future-state strategy dialogues with senior business stakeholders.
• Proven track record of fostering cross-functional relationships to support large-scale process and system transformations.
• Experience with agile delivery methodologies and common SDLC frameworks.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic environment requiring context switching, scoping, and timely delivery on multiple fronts.
• A growth mindset with an eagerness to learn new systems and domains.
• Preferred: knowledge of IT General Controls, experience integrating SaaS applications within ERP ecosystems, and familiarity with WMS, 3PL, and carrier integrations.
